Representative of this firm promised me Visa and Mastercard (credit cards) with a $2500 credit limit for a $187 fee that is directly withdrawn from my bank account.

It been almost a month the company did not provide any credit card to me. I called them and asked the company rep. Where is my credit card and he replied the booklet is on the way and all the information is in the booklet.

Around early June of 2002 i received a phone call regarding an unsecured credit card with a credit limit of $2500. i was skeptical at first and asked a lot of questions on how this thing works. but i did need to start my credit somehow. so after a few questions that i had asked was answered they told me i just needed to be debited from my bank of $187. i was like...well sure if it'll start my credit.

so i proceeded with the process and gave my banking information and was told that the packet should come in with the credit card and a confirmation number to activate the card.

i waited for the packet and card to arrive, and it took well over 2 months for the packet to arrive without the card. so i decided to give them a call about the card. they told me to login to their website and pick out a credit card. in my mind i was like...sure. so i tried to login...but i always had a message saying page is down.

so i gave them another call about their page being down and told me that it was being updated. so far from that point another month had passed by. so i decided i didn't want to wait any longer for the card to arrive. gave them another call about a refund. they told me that i had to send the packet back and i would recieve my refund within 5 days. 2 weeks passed and nothing.

called again, and they told me it was going through a process to be refunded and it would take another week or so. called one last time...argued with a so called manager who sounded like an middle east guy. started to swear and threaten to sue and that didn't work. so if any of who wants to relieve any PRESSURE heres their phone number 416-542-1611...good luck and hope we get justice!
