This Company took $399.00 out of my account and failed to disperse it to my creditors as promised. I am never able to reach a person to assist me and am put on hold or told to call back.

After 4 letters via fax and mail they still have not canceled the program and will not return my money!! DO NOT use this Company for anything---they lie, cheat and decieve people and have no idea what it means to be honest. I need help and don't know what to do next!!

I thank you for your letter. The response was excellent from George, alias Robert Basolino. I was told by a customer service rep named Dianna Sept 2002 that she was quitting because of the lies of the company and how it really worked. First, she said the Robert Basolino is so embarrased about his own perfomance of his company that he will only speak to people using a fake name George! His response was very informative about how to get your money back. Appearently as smart as George must think he is he is really very stupid. I find must con man are! It's true that you can go back to your bank and demand your money back because you have been ripped off and sign a statement that you didn't authorize him to take your money. Dianna informed me that he has continued to take money out of their account even after they canceled, and laughs with a response SUE ME. I wouldn't worry about a con mans threat to file against you he doesn't have a leg to stand on. According to the Attorney General's Office of Florida they are on to him and he will be gone soon. So you better contact your bank and get your money back before it's to late!

Client Stole funds ! Inaccurate Story!

#6UPDATE Employee

Sat, October 19, 2002

This client Erin, (I will not post her Last Name for her confidentiality) actually joined the program, we processed all of her creditors and got them accepted onto the program. She was under the impression that her 1st Month's payment was not her fee. I spoke to her personally to avoid her from quitting the program.

She was a nice lady and stated she changed her mind and for us to disperse the payment she had in Queue and the payment that was just drafted electronically and then send her a closing statement of these payments. The client signed a standard ACH form where you attach a copy of a voided check and authorize funds to be pulled electronically. I assured her there were no worries.

We sent these payments out to her creditors and afterwards the client went to her bank and signed a sworn affidavit, stating that we did not have her permission to draft said funds. The bank reimbursed her these funds from our account. We are out (2) payments a total of $ 800.00. I spoke to her again and advised her that we do record our conversations for quality assurance and she completely changed, she acknowledged the fact that she gave us authorization, and revoked the same with her bank (2) weeks later.

She was cursing and screaming and I reminded her of how nice she was when we first spoke, her answer was to F**k Off and hang up. Furthermore, we received a complaint lodged by her with the NY Attorney General's office.

After explaining the situation and providing evidence to them of these actions, they closed the report and advised us to file criminal charges in Buffalo against her for Fraud. We have proceeded to do so and we have also passed this account over to a collection agency. This client neglected to tell Ripoffreport.com, these facts.
