I sent in my processing fee of $37.00 for a $15,00 line of guaranteed credit. One week later my check was cashed but no card was ever sent and there is no way of contacting these people. It is a "classic" consumer fraud scam. They even claim to be a Member of the FDIC...isn't there some way the SEC can investigate?
