Complaint Review: First National Credit

A few days ago I received a blue "acceptance certificate" from First National Credit stating I was pre-approved for a "gold card" with a credit line of $15,000.

Thank goodness I researced these people on the Internet and found Rip-Off Report.

Thanks to them and also thanks to everyone else who posted reports they didn't get me! I am taking my "acceptance certificate" to the post office later today and asking them what you do to report mail fraud.
