Complaint Review: first national credit

I was about to give up on getting my money back from these scum, but I decided to type another letter to request my refund that they promised if I was dissatisfied, I told them to send my money, that this was ridiculous,it should not takes months to sent my money. I would file a suit against them even if it was for a small amount, its not about the money its the purpose of them ripping people off, anyways a few days later I recieved a letter and a check. They were very disapionted that I was dissatified and also wrote that they had no problem honering my request for a refund.. No problem, it only took 2 letters and a threat of being sued to recieve my money, what a buch of crap these people, Im just glad I got my money back and will take this for a good lesson.
