First National Health Care Benefits fraudulent ripoff Charlotte North Carolina
I was contacted by phone by First National Health Care Benefits, and was told about goverment grants that ensured up to $12,500 into my checking account if I paid a no obligation fee of $29.95. I agreed and went through an automated process which at no time did I authorize a $299.95 charge. The agreement was that I would review the benefits package in the comfort of my own home and make a decision.
I never recieved the package and when I called the customer service line I was greeted with a rude individual who said there was no refund and if the package didnt arrive yet it was my fault. I explained to him that during the initial contact I never authorized a $299.95 transaction and that transaction was was illegal. I was hung up on and have gotten a " all our reps are busy at the moment" message every time I try to call back.
