First NLC DBA The Lending Center Bad name for the Mortgage industry. I was hired to work for the company; I found with First NLC all kinds of fraud, deceptive and cheating activities in their Management levels. Neither they treat fairly employees nor Borrowers. They cheated with Good faith Estimates, falsifying with documents as Ameriquest got into trouble. They ripped off lot off people. Las Vegas Nevada
First NLC dba The lending center located Las Vegas, Nevada, is a bad name for the Mortgage Industry. This office ripped off lot of borrowers as well cheated with employees fairness. This company do lot of illegal and unfair busines practices in term of Frauding with customers by charging Unusual and nonscence fees. They forced employess to call customers even theough they are on DNC(do not call list). Of course, NLC are liable for OVERTIME Law suits.
This company HR, Management and CEO is a crook. No doubt in my mind. I was victimed and screwed up my life with a simple false and fabricated story by Nathan, area manager, the guy came from Ameriquest Mortgage that was proved a fraud Company. So I ended up Termination. But it made my life difficult in order to run my family.
Stay away to do any kind of Business with the CHEATER COMPANY like First NLC. I was ex-employee for a month. Management messed up with some bad apples. Neither care Mortgage Lending division NRS or regulation. Area Manager Named, Nathan Sanders influenced fellow managers and employees in order to do how to cheat with employee commissions, do whatever wants to do in a dictative way; Taking a advantage of "At Will Law" , disrespecting Labor commissions law and frauding with IRS not to pay taxes by structuring Employee commissions. Same cheating activity follows directly to Borrowers. In my openion, This company should have been closed down by Goverment Legal Authority long time ago regardless Predetory Subprime business situation now. I also joined with National Overtime law suit case against them. Any victim wants to join with me, please let me know. I myself like to file a legal suit with Federal court soon. It needs to be stopped for the Community fairness ASAP.

I am an former employee with evidence. I was unaware personally of the practices and procedures. I closed 10 loans there and have contacted the people and we need help.
am not going to sit and complain,however do have a valid case for the class action lawsuit.
I also have active employees to attest as well.

I have also filed my own ripoff report against this company, but people need to know what this company does. they forge documents, fraud info, inflate appraisals, lie cheat, do anything they can to get you to sign those papers. Everyone in the company is in on their scams along with the appraisors they hire and the notarys they send to your house. they told me i didnt need an attorney it would just be more money that the notary would come and that would be fine. well thats where it all began.
they lied about my husbands income just to get us approved for a loan we would never be able to afford, inflated the appraisal by 30,000 so we cant refinance to get out and had the papers witnessed and notarized by someone well after we were gone. we are losing our home because of this company foreclosure will probably start within the next couple of months.
Please do not do business with this company. we were never given the good faith estimate untill the day of the closing and no papers were ever explained to us we were just told sign here and here ect. if we received that good faith we would have seen the amount of the loan an payments and never went through with it. the gentleman who screwed us was John castodio, i went to corp. and then took it to the senior v.p and exec. vp after we told them of the fraud and all of the proof we have, they promoted him. we desperetely need people who have been screwed by this company.
