Hello!
I am writing this to warn others of this company.
We got this First Premier card in the mail. After returning several of them, we decided, what the heck, we will keep one for emergency use. We did.

To make a long story short, we have encountered some medical problems, I have had a heart attack, thus making me one payment behind. I called them customer service line and they told me that this was no problem. I last week decided rather than the payment to go ahead and pay it off.

When I did, the lady who gladly took my payment told me the account was paid off in full and that I would have funds availible immediately and told me the amount.
I called to check balance next day and not 24 hours later, it said I had a balance of nearly $30.00. This is crazy since I was home recovering and had not used the card. I tried to talk with customer service and they were very rude to me and I go no where.

So this has gone on for a week now and they tell me now they have not formally received my payment, yet according to my bank, they have. When I attempted to explain this to them, they got nasty with me and would not listen. The lady told me that I had no numbers and basically told me I was lying.

I do have the numbers and they do have my money. This rep then told me they were going to place a 15 day hold on this payment that the bank had this long to call the payment back. I called the bank to verify this. Another lie. There is no such animal. They either have the money, or they do not. Trust me, they do!

Bottom line, folks please beware of what you are getting into when you get your card. Please read all reports, etc and make sure you know what you are getting into.
I hope our situation will work out. But it looks to me as if I have made a huge mistake by activating this card. I would like for them to prove me wrong, but face it, that is not gonna happen!
Have A Good Day All!
