Recieved this card in the mail and did not realize that i did not apply for that card and used it thinking it was my citi card replacement wich it looks very much alike. When i was contacted by this company they stated i owe them $179 what pay them for credit they have made a serious error in judgement.

You didn't notice the First Premier logo on the envelope, or the paperwork that came with the card or even on the card itself? When you activated the card, did you not see the First Premier logo on the website or hear their name on the activation hotline?
