On the 20th of May 2004 I spoke to a representative at First Premier Bank to inquire about my account balance constantly being "over the limit" I stated that I did not understand why it was always being charged fees when I would make the payment due, ( stated) in the statement itself.

The amount listed as the minimum due is what I have been consistently told by First Premier is what I owed including the late fee (according to the Person I spoke to) I asked her three times to explain to me so that I had the exact amount to pay (including the late fee) and I made the payment right then and there over the phone via a check.

I initially took this creeds card offer thinking I was going to be ale to rebuild my credit only to find out that First Premier was not only charging me a huge over the limit fee, but not listing it on the bill in a way that makes sense to me the card holder and then re-billing me again the next month for the same over the limit fee. They have reported my payment late every month according to them, and have never made it clear to me that I was over the limit, I had to call them to find out why I had a zero available balance to find out what was happening. I closed this account today Tuesday, June 2, 2004.

I am extremely distressed over this and want this to listed as a formal complaint against First Premier Bank> I would like to be kept up to date on what is going to be done about this and also want to be made aware of any future lawsuits against them if there are any.
Thank you

The rip off of asking for money and not responding to anything. I called about my $37.00 and the only responds I got was that I didnot send the money, but I recieved the notice in Febuary, 2004. With the following Application number is Q631004011613 for the following Gold Card.

Also, I got burned by the other culprit SV CARD, in the Calif. Sending them $39.00 check.
