I have a Mastercard from First Premier Bank and I pay my card payment at least a few days early and I have had it for a year now. My minimum payment is 20 dollars but I pay 80 bucks a month. My husband and I went on vacation and I decided pay 37 dollars since I still had cash on the card.

Well just today I just got a phone telling that I owed them 70 dollars and after I heard that I was down right angry and lost my tempt. They told me I didn't pay my annual fee and there was a late fee. I told them how would I know if the was annual fee if it wasn't on my bill and why should I pay a late fee if it wasn't my fault.I told them that I could of paid it if I knew about.

Your statements show the month before your annual fee bills that it will be billing the next month so you need to make sure that you pay the minimum due plus the annual fee to make sure that there is enough available credit on the account so you don't go over. If you would have read your statement before you would have seen it. I was with the company for over 2 years and I had heard this complaint a million times. I would then have the CHs get out the statements and sure enough there it was telling them.
