First PREMIER Bank first premier bank was in an auto accident, has the protection plan. plan didnt cover my payments. i never used the card and they want me to pay $100 to settle my account Internet

 was involved in an auto accident. i called premier bank and they said i paid for a protection plan.
 however they never paid a cent and harassed me by phone at least 10-25 times a day while i was heavily medicated.
 Now the say they will settle my prepaid card for $100. I never even used the d**n card and why should i settle for $100 if it's a prepaid card?
User beware do not accept this card as i did!
