First Premier- When I changed address they sent me one bill, which I received. Then that was it no more bills. For 3 months I called. They said they sent it. I could pay via online or over the phone but they would charge me extra so I waited for bill. Thus I received none bringing my credit card over the limit thus my interest to over 20percent.

You need to send them a certified letter, return receipt requested, with your new address and advise them that you want copies of all statements before the due date. Get your balance back to below the over the limit amount and mark your calendar as to when this payment (even if you are making the minimum payment) has to be mailed.

If they have an automated system that will give you your balance, call every time you make that payment. If you can make the minimum payment every week or every other week that might help you get your balance down faster. Keep copies of everything and if you check your credit report and find they are showing you as paying late or not paying, you can send the credit bureau a copy of the correspondence you have as proof they were not sending you statements.
