There is something breally shady going on but the goverment is cracking down on fraud and people are going to jail.

First of all you can't be reported late on your Credit Reports unless you are at least 30 days late.  So if you have never been at least 30 days late you can not be reported at all.

However, if you have been at least 30 days late then that would be a valid listing for each time you were 30 days late.  Regardless of what they are "telling" you, you probably won't get it removed.  Because when a creditor reports they must report accurate information, and not reporting a 30 day late would be incorrect.  The only way around this would be for them to stop reporting your entire line of credit.  Which may be worse than a single 30 day late depending on the rest of your history.

Your first step would be to dispute the listing with the Credit Reporting Agencies.  Since it appears that First Premier shows you being only late once your report SHOULD get corrected.  If not then there is further action you may need take.
