I cut up & returned my cards to 1st, Premier in July because I was unable to continue with them due to a MURDER in my family. I spent ALL my money getting my son's kids to him when their mother was murdered on June 4, 2002.They were not very sensitive to this. I will try to cintact them concerning payment s in full. I will never deal with them again.
