AFTER PAYING MY CREDIT CARD, LEAVING ONLY A $3+ BALANCE, FIRST PREMIER HAS YET TO RELINQUISH AVAILABILITY OF CREDIT, AS PROMISED. NOW, I HAVE TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY. MY INITIAL PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH, SO THEY PUT A 15 DAY HOLD ON MY SUBSEQUENT CHECK BY PHONE. IT WAS FOR $200. WELL, 15 DAYS HAVE GONE BY AND THEY HAVE RELEASED $99 OF THE $200 PAYMENT. sINCE THEN, I MADE ANOTHER PAYMENT BY PHONE, LEAVING THE BALANCE MENTIONED ABOVE. I HAVE MADE TWO CALLS REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND AM, APPARENTLY, GETTING THE COMPLETE RUN AROUND.

I HAVE NO CHARGES PENDING ON THIS CARD. THERE IS NO REASON FOR ONLY $99 TO BE AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE SOME EXPLAINING TO DO. THEY HAVE MY MONEY. I HAVE VERY LITTLE OF MY CREDIT. I EVEN VERIFIED WITH MY BRANCH MANAGER THAT THESE CHECK BY PHONE PAYMENTS WERE HONORED. NO, NOT THE INITIAL, BUT THE SUBSEQUENT 2 THAT FOLLOWED.

CAN'T ANYONE JUST DO THE JOB THEY ARE BEING PAID FOR AND GET IT RIGHT. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I LITERALLY TRIED TO MAKE A $100.00 PURCHASE TODAY, AND BECAUSE IT WAS $1.00 OVER AVAILABLE CREDIT, IT WAS DECLINED. NOW WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE? LIKE I SAID, THEY HAVE MUCH, MUCH MORE OF MY MONEY THAN THAT AND ARE DECLINING MY REQUESTS. THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME, HOWEVER, WELL WORTH HITTING THEM ON THE RIP OFF REPORT.

SHAME ON YOU FIRST PREMIER. YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU MAY AS WELL BE ONE OF THOSE CHEAP CC COMPANIES THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF AS A POLICY.
