First Premier Bank ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota
The Credit card company has sent two credit careds to me for use.
Each card has a charge of over 100 dollars just for excepting the cards.
I have requested the cards cancelled and a final bill sent to my address.
I have not received a bill.

If you didn't accept the cards, you don't owe anything.

Thus there will be no bill. Don't tempt them to send you one. Check your credit reports and make sure they aren't listing any accounts on them.
With a credit card, there's no such thing as a "final bill". Since interest accumulates daily, the exact amount you owe depends on exactly when you pay. To close out a credit card, first tell the company to "close the account". Then send enough extra money so that you're sure the balance will be less than zero even after interest and other charges. When they figure the final balance, ask for a refund of the excess.
