First Premier Bank THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF WITH HIDDENS FEES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I APPLIED FOR A CARD THROUGH FIRST PREMIER, I THEN WAS SENT TWO CARDS WITH $250.00 CREDIT LIMITS, WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THEY SENT ME TWO CARDS, THEY SAID MY APPLICATION MUST HAVE BEEN PROCESSED TWICE. AND THAT I OWED THE PROCESSING FEES THAT THEY PUT ON THE BALANCE. I REFUSED AND THEN CUT THE CARDS UP.

I HAVE SINCE BEEN RECIEVING BILLS WITH LATE FEES AND AND NON-PAYMENT FEES HAVE OCCURRED. NOT THEY HAVE TURNED IT INTO THE COLLECTION AGENCIES, WHO SAY THAT THEY CAN CUT THE COST BY 25% AND I HAVE TO NOW PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE ON TWO CARDS I HAVE NEVER USED.

I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAY THAT I GAVE VERBAL AUTHORIZATION WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE TWO CARDS. IN WHICH I DID NOT.

I HAVE SINCE THEN PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT AND SURE ENOUGH BOTH CARDS ARE ON MY REPORT.
