I called Firt Premier Capital in September of 2008 and I paid them $1,500 up front so they can modify my loan. The representative that took my case "PROMISED" me that they will be able to modify my current loan and if they couldn't I can go back and slap him!

He called me early December of 2008 to let me know that the lender has agreed to all the terms, we just had to wait until February of 2009 to move forward with the modification. Come January no word from them so I called and the representative and he no longer worked there. I tried unsucessfully to contact my case manager, I left message after message and not a single call was returned. Finally I spoke to another rep, I told her my situation and she said that they need all of our informaiton again because what they had was old. So I provided her the information W2, tax return, check stubs, etc. and when I called back to follow up, she no longer worked there. I called over and over again, the receptionist hung up on me a couple of times. I left message to my original case manager and HE wouldn't call me back. I got fed up and I submitted a report to the BBB, a few days later I got a phone call form my case manager he told me that they received a letter from the BBB and he had the nerve to ask me "WHY I DID THAT?"... he said this is a ding to their company (he was real upset and irritated with me).

Time goes by, another rep calls me and asks for more information, I send it to him and he would call me a week or so after to let me know that he hasn't received any of the required documents to send them again. I spoke to a different rep about 2 or 3 weeks ago and he seemed real interested in my case, he seemed knowledgable and told me that these things take time, the paperwork is with the lender, bla, bla, bla...

This Monday I received a letter from them that lender was not willing to modify my loan. I called my lender to ask them when was the last time First Premier contacted them for my loan modification and they said DECEMBER OF 2008.
