I had a deposit credit for $200.00 to reestablish my credit rating paid the account out and had $0.00 balance. the annual credit card fee was do. I never receive a notice or a paperless bill when my account was paperless .call the company to see if there any balance they advise me that a payment due $39.00 for annual fee and a late fee of $39..00.so they credit the late fee and I paid $39.00.they charge me $39.00 late fee again and another late fee of $39.00 .

I never charge $0.01 on the card now I have $80.00 due and they tell me the balance is still outstanding now if I don't pay the $80.00 there will be another late fee, they will charge me another late fee of $39.00. if I don't pay the $80.00 do any one know are there any laws that this company First progress Master Card broke any laws please let me know the is some type of fraud got to be .how can this be going on what wrong with these credit card co. I closed the account now they tell me it will take 10 weeks to get my deposit of $120.00 back. This should be fraud for credit card co.
