First Security Bank of Utah - They seem to be brain dead

First Security Bank of Utah does not seem to understand that we have made a payment for the month and seem to want more and more and more. I have sent them a letter from my husband saying that we wish to change the due date of our accounts, but they seem to have lost it. I tell them that our house payment and utilities are due at the first of the month and that we must wait to pay around the 20th, but they keep calling and add more late fees and have an automatic dialer dialing our number 3-5 times a day until we finally just don't answer or hang up.

It is not that we cannot pay our bills and in the same month, but they will continually be late unless something is done about our due date. They seem to be brain dead when you try to talk with them.
