First Select Travel requested an initial payment for two vacation trips.  You are requested to submit your bank account number for payment.  Initial sales person misinformed her position as the "vacation booker"  After initial payment you are then emailed a whole new set of terms a few days later.  Now another party, The Travel Center is requesting payment of $69.00 activation fee per person mailed to 23219 Stringtown Road #223 Clarksburg, Maryland 20871.  This location is a UPS Store.  It also states that another booking agency will be contacted after "activation fee" is paid.

First Select Travel was contacted for full refund.  Thirds party bookers or any other new procedures were never discussed.  And initial sales person said she was the one to contact to book the vacation.  She is no longer available.  First Select Travel informed there will not be a refund and submitted paragraphs of terms and conditions that were supposedly discussed over the phone in two-minute conversation.  Answers to questions seem to converse in circles that keeps this business institution free from defaulting on their services.  Processes and procedures are such consumer may run out of time of their so called 12-15 month vacation package, to terms and conditions worded redundantly to have consumer pay additional charges or not to be refunded.

When we first ordered, our rep was jason brown, and he had said he was in arizona.  There is an arizona address, but it also is a UPS store. I plan on filing a complaint to the AZ AG, NM AG, and Maryland AG.  All 3 places-- the travel center, funtime vacation, and first select travel worked together pulling this scam despite what travel center says.  The travel center works with other places that are like first select also.  None of the 3 palces would give me a refund.  I have complained to the BBB.

I'm sure the owners can be contacted

i would love for all the people taken by this scam to get together for a class action.  Most of our money was paid to first select travel, but the travel center aka fun time vacations knew what was going on, but they service a lot of other travel scam companies.  They get away with it because they do provide you with the end quote....even though it is over inflated and you could do better on any online travel site.  If we all posted here we could at least get a class action against the travel center and fun time.  First select would be the prize, but I'm not sure how to go after a ghost.

There is a Criminal and Civil Suite issue to consider.  This travel scam is quite complex and they have used the legal system falsely for protection.  Please report to the Attorney General Office for citizens to be protected in the future. First Select Travel has given false business addresses and most likely false names.   I was told a business address 300 JFK Road Philadelphia, PA.  The 100 Sun Avenue NE Albuquerque, NEw Mexico is a virtual office just a step up from a Mail box office.  To Whom were your checks made out to?  Mine was to "Classis Managment Corporation"
