Towed my car that was parked in tenant parking. The tenant i work for. I am a nurse working with the tenants child towed my car within an hour 25 mins after i arrive. Someone was stalking the parking spot and immediately called the towing company upon my arrivel. When i returned outside to put a parking plackard on, my car was gone. Falsified information to the towing company stateing i was parked there since 10:35 These guys have a deal and a system worked out with ashley towing to steal your vehicle and make you pay ransom. I was not in any residents way. I was not parked on any fire lanes. Or hydrants. The towing law in las vegas protects them from repercussions of doing this kind of business. Towing company refuses to tell me who had my vehicle towed. Is this illegal for them to hide the person i am trying to sue for harassment? This person has been waiting and watching everyday to steal my car.

Here in las vegas towing companies and hoa team up to stalk for violations from tenants. They maybe assigned to their own parking space but if they park there and forget their own stickers or permit inside the house, they can still get towed. For parking in their own space. The reason i know they have people stalking is because the mother of the child i work with tells me she catches these people going around snapping pictures of peoples cars.

The renter has had a few of her old cars towed. Her own cars towed. Towing someones car because they dont have a permit right away vs towing someones car because theyre blocking another persons desginated spot are two different things. And it sounds like youre one of those spotters or towing company affiliates. I wasnt parked in a space designated for someone else. The space i parked in was designated for the lady i worked for.

If i did not park there nobody else would. So their excuse of me using this spot because all the parking is taken is bullsh*t. Ps. You guys are going to create vigilantes. Some people take it lying down. Some people take it standing up. This is why crime rates go up. Because of injustice. Laws that protect criminal actions. Ps. Im going to bring this up with state legislatures, and if they wont help ill take this up higher. I wont stop until i bring this type of injustice down.

At least your post is original..wrong and contradictory..but original.

Even though you claim "this person" has been just waiting and watching you every day to "steal" your car.  You also don't seem to know who "this person" is because you want them to tell you.  So on that..NO there is no legal requirement for them to tell you who requested it.

As for "harrassement", it isn't "harraseement" if you were towed for parking illegally.  Your own post admits you were parked illegally and knew it.  As you were going out at least 25 minutes after you got there to put the permit in your car.  So you knew a permit was required and your previous comments stated you were being watched every day just confirmed that.  You wouldn't be "watched" if you weren't doing anything illegal.  Again if you knew you were being watched wouldn't common sense say to get that permit in the car ASAP...not at least 25 minutes later?

Then on a minor point, what is a nurse who has their city listed in CA treating a child in NV several hundred miles away? Doesn't NV have enough medical personel?
