Complaint Review: FIRST STEP SHOE REPAIR

After purchasing shoes for my daughter we took them to FIRST STEP SHOE REPAIR located in Palm Desert Ca Ste H Hwy 111 paid for taps for the heels. That week a get a call from my daughter stating you want the good news are  the bad news? I stated both she said he scratched the shoes along with glue all over them i then stated will go ask for a full refund. We went to the location he was not there another guy was there he said he was on the other side of the world come back Monday so Monday i came back asking him for a full refund he got upset.. started to YELL at me i then said you are un ethical and i shall post this on every complaint web site on the internet. All he had to due is be honorable and give me a full refund.
