Laguna Beach Police Officer Mike Short was looking for First Team Estates agent, Nate Stuart Foster and went to the  Frist Team office in Laguna Beach.  Officer Short was informed by the first Team Manager Foster was not there.

Officer Short explained Real Estate Signs were being stolen form First Team competitave Brokers and Nate Foster was photographed stealing and vandalizing the signs.  Signs had been stolen in the same location for 6 months and Officer Short and his Sargent wrote numerous Police reports documenting thousands of dollars in stolen signs and equiptment.  These actions were clearly ment to intimidate any competeing Agent or Broker.  Some agents have quitworking the Laguna Market or the real estate profession because of the harassment by a group of real estate sales people  who happen to have unbelieveable control of the Laguna Beach Board of Real Estate.  It has been suggested by some this could be a RICO case involving the Laguna Beach board.

The First Team Mangement said if this were true they would fire Nate Foster.  Pictures of Nate Foster in these criminal acts were emaied to the First Team Management and he has not been fired until now.

When a lawsuit was filed in Orange County Superior Court naming Foster and First Team as 2 of the defendants FIRST TEAM'S ATTORNEY responded with a letter to the plaintiff saying Foster and First Team had a right to Steal and Vandalize the signs for 6 months with no communication to their owners.

Their rationale while laughable shows their arrogance and a sociopathic mind set.  They have the unmitigated gall to give as their reason for their illegal conduct:  was that the signs were illegal and on public property.  Their feeling is they are performing a service to the community by removing their  signs while being photographed  and throwing them in the trash cans.

The jury will find all this very interedting!!!!!
