First Universal Lending LOAN MODIFICATION RIPOFF Palm Beach Gardens Florida
If you are considering doing a loan modification please DO NOT use the services of First Universal Lending. They tell you exactly what you want to here to get your money and then its all downhill from there once the have your money. Before I signed on the dotted line I checked the BBB and they had no complaints. After several months of no results I again checked the BBB and guess what?
Plenty of complaints in that short period of time of them not performing to their contract obligations. You can never get anyone on the phone and supposedly they are all busy with contacting our mortgage companies. Its been 4 months of them charging me monthly fees and I have had absoultly no results and a whole lot of excuses. Visit the BBB and check it out for yourself in a matter of months they went from 0 compalints to over 15 and probably more by now. If you must do a loan modification PLEASE watch out for FIRST UNIVERSAL LENDING they will take your money and do nothing.
