First Wireless Group scam, fraud, deceptive practices, incompotence Ronkonkoma, New York
This company is as dirty as they come. I sent my phone to be repaired by them mind you its only a couple of months old and it has already stopped charging up. I expected my phone to be fixed like their website says. when i recieve my phone back they say they have magically found water damage. How could this be the phone functions properly comes on, it just doesnt charge up.
DONT DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY SERVICE ALL SANYO, KYOCERA phones so if you want quality dont buy from these companies because if it breaks you a S**T OUT OF LUCK.
