I enrolled on their flagship product of $9.99/mo program that's for 12 mos.
I ran my first payment, then it got
"randomly"-they said, held up in underwriting.
So Bill in
Underwriting needs a $2,000 deposit to continue with any transactions.
I asked to quit, they said great, you owe us the rest of your contract fees or $120.
I asked when is the deposit refundable? Bill couldn't give me a straight answer, first it was "depending on your performance, ie no chargebacks, nsf's for a year or more we'll review it" then it was 120 days after you quit the program.
I suggested it might be good to disclose their underwriting guidelines on all accounts
BEFORE YOU SIGN UP FOR A YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. It's a
bait and switch scam.

Since 1998 First ACH has been providing a wide range of ACH and Credit Card merchant services for thousands of business owners across the USA. First ACH works tirelessly to implement and uphold the data security of our merchants and their customers, taking great effort to comply with NACHA, PCI and the Credit Card Associations rules and requirements. A basic premise of these financial agreements is that all merchants must be legitimate, creditworthy and not restricted by law. Merchants must obtain proper authorization prior to making charges to a customers bank account or credit card. Our Merchant Agreements are binding contracts with terms that are provided to all merchants prior to voluntarily subscribing to our services, at which point we pride ourselves on delivering a high quality experience in servicing our clients.
While we dont get into the specifics of any individual businesss credit worthiness or legitimacy, it is safe to say this business or person who made this posting was not carrying out payment processing in accordance with industry best practices which protect the financial interests of merchants and customers. While we wish to make all clients happy at all times, it is not possible. Therefore we reserve the right to manage our financial risk and the risk of our partners as we deem appropriate, keeping in mind that we consistently align our decisions with our core values
