firstchoicedesign placed an order 4/6/13 order # AB-5048 as of today still have not received MS software. Called 866-888-9189 cannot talk to a live person, emailed support@firstchoicedesign.com all emails are bounced Galesburg, Illinois

placed an order for Microsoft Office 2010 on 4/6/13 order # AB-5048 as of today still have not received MS software.  Called 866-888-9189 at least 10 times and cannot talk to a live person, emailed support@firstchoicedesign.com several times and all all emails are bounced back as undeliverable, tried website and live chat no response.  This is a pure and utter ripoff and no one cares!
