This is my account activity for the last month
Balance forward as of 1/21/10  12.84 +
 Deposit on 1/21/10 285.15 = 297.99
                          - 6.26
                          - 23.14
                           - 23.00
                            -15.50

then a deposit of 247.xx   The last 3 items were over my limit mostly due to the direct debit posting early, I thought it was going to come out on the 6th... however most of these transactions are for the 2nd of feb... even though I only swipe my card 1 or 2 times a day the bank saw fit to hold all of the transactions in pending... so when the ATM transaction tried to pull from my bal there was not enough money which caused an overdraft fee, however the fee was placed above the debit for 105.00 so now the bank considers me in the negative and charged a fee for all of the items after that... 9 in all at 37.50 a piece and no one would help me fix it they took all my money... at first it only looked like 5 fees so when my check deposited the acct showed i was positive 30 dollars. I bought a pack of cigarettes and 2 red bulls, when i looked at my acct again i was neg 58.xx i have made no further purchases and now i am neg 133.xx When i called the bank they adv me that overdraft fees post the following business day, if that is true then how did i end up with one on feb 2 that posted before a transaction that I actually made on the 29th (105.00)... Per bank policy your money is no longer availible when it is pending but if you overdraft your last item all transactions that are pending receive the fee... This is PLAIN ROBBERY!!!!

Balance forward as of 1/21/10  12.84 +
 Deposit on 1/21/10 285.15 = 297.99 - 6.26 = 291.73 - 23.14 =268.59- 23.00=245.59
 -15.50 =230.09 -10.65 = 219.44 -10.81 = 208.63-16.29= 192.34 -22.50 =169.84-4.89 =164.95 -1.07=163.88 -22.00= 141.88 -4.12 =137.76-5.47 =132.29 -105.00 =27.29 -16.03 = 11.26 -8.53 = 2.73 -5.98 =-3.25
                                   -22.00 =-25.25
                                   -4.68 =-29.93

as Stated 3 charges went over... please someone explain how out of these charges I could have prepared for 7 origional overdraft fees and then 2 more after my check deposited before 2 of the origional 7 overdraft fees had not yet applied so I didn't know another 75.00 dollars was going to come out so i made 2 purchases of about 12.00 all together and am still to date after my ENTIRE check was taken by 137.xx dollars!!!
