It started a few months ago I was getting phone calls from First source months ago. I had my first contact with them 2 weeks ago. I talked to Ms. Papinick sd my bal was 230.20. Which I agreed. She asked me to do 2 payments of 115.00 dollars I explained to her when I receive my work check I will call back and do payment over phone. She told me to hold while she got a supervisor. Name Ed.

Ed asked me to do a settlement, but I explained I can't afford anything at this time. He stated that I could call back on August 1 and could do payment over phone. Ms Papnick called MY home on 8-1 leaving a scripted message to call back and that she would be there til 10 pm. I called around 6 and the answering system said they were closed and call back the next business day. Ms. Papnick called August 2, 2008 at 8:15am.

I told her I would be using my visa card she then told me to hold so that she may talk to a supervisor. Ms Papnick said they do not do credit cards over the phone that I would have to use my checking account. Told Ms. Papnick call back at 9:ooa for payment with chcking account. Then there is another issue minimum payment is 250 dollars according to Mr. Peterson. Said that I would have to mail my payment of 100 dollars. I hung up and called back a few minutes later asking for a manager and I was on hold for over 5 minutes. No one ever came to the phone and I never called back. But then I remembered I mailed a check to them 7-26 and was cashed 7-29. Please help me. Dre
