Firstwebsearch employee recieves phone threat Las Vegas Nevada
After recieving a phone call from seo company owner robert jenkins,i was told that there had been a report on this very website about the company...So i decided to take a look for myself to see what all of the fuss was about,sure enough i saw the ripoff report obviously made by an angry client that was not satisfied with the service..True enough i am no longer with this company based on the fact,I refuse to continously lie to consumers knowing they were not getting the services that they were promised..after taking a look at the ripoff report made by this client,it made alot of sense due to the fact that firstwebsearch has a number of clients who have asked for refunds that were denied..Robert Jenkins worked for a former company called usaseopros/bdi or usa seo pros,and left,to start firstwebsearch.com you may have heard of them..they are also on the ripoff report,so please look at the credibility here!! Isn't it typical when telemarketing company's such as Firstwebsearch.com rips people off for their money,the first people to blame are ex employees who no longer want to be apart of their scam?? I truly feel sorry for the remaining employees who are still with this company,in which i will not name out of respect..robert jenkins is scaming thousands per week out of consumers,yet employee's are still fighting for their checks to be right every week!! I did not want to have to write this report,but after I got numerous phone call threats from mr.jenkins I was appauled and had to speak my peace..If you are still employed with firstwebsearch and you want more for yourself other than just being a telemarketer,it is advised that you don't tell this to robert jenkins he will slander your name as he did to me and not wish you the best!!

You handled my new account last year. I was so mad at you! Now I am so happy to hear you speaking out. I know it was not your fault that others in the company did not do any work on my account.
FirstWebSearch continues to harass me. It's non stop. Every couple of days they attack me via phone, letters in the mail, sending people to my websites to comment, and now even posting a report on me here that clearly used the personal information I gave them.
If you have any information on how to stop them from harassing unhappy clients please let us know.

Not only did this clown receive exactly what she paid for but despite the outstanding work this joke of a person kept complaining that nothing was done. She bad mouthed us to customers, filed all kinds of complaints and generally whined her way into the most irritating customer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. On top of this EXTRA work was performed for her on several occasions. These are emails showing she had great rankings after our work:

The links I had built for you are all stressing the term Chihuahua and once found will move your rankings up for that keyword across all three major search engines.
Now she only paid for 10 keywords with 5 being given her for free. So out of 15 total keywords, which THIS IGNORANT CLOWN CHOSE she is on Google's front page for 12, Yahoo for 14 and MSN for 12.
Before our work she was not on the first three pages of any of the aforementioned search engines. She has additionally been selling animals due to our work. But what did she do? Bad mouth us to clients and others plus she attempted a charge back while trying to steal the coding and modifications we made to her site. So she got rankings, made sales because of our rankings and then tried not to pay for our service.
Due to that her ISP was contacted and told about her illegal use of our programmed software. For bringing my name in to this I will be suing for slander and you Dee can expect papers to arrive in about a week.

Thank you for filing this report. I have recently come into contact with several "consumer" victims of this rip-off company and the lack of integreity of the owner ROBERT JENKINS and the new I.T. manager KEN (Keenan) DANIELS (aka Bureau24 owner) recent SEO company - conflict of interest ??
I am a reputable well known small business owner who was phone solicited by First Web Search with promises of first page listing on "lots" of popular search engines....NOT!!!
After some months of being lied to, hearing excuse after excuse i.e. " blaming past employees ", while never receiving promised service, and being FRAUDULENTLY ripped-off financially ($2500) I filed a complaint with the Las Vegas Better Business.
Reaction from owner ROBERT JENKINS & KEN DANIELS was very vindictive and showed signs of insanity........THEY proceeded to completely WIPE OUT MY WEBSITE through deceitful & unlawful tactics of which will be exposed in court and then to any consumer interested.
I am thankful for this outlet and pray that consumers will research this company before getting involved with them.
