When I was interviewed for this company I was told that I could make 12-15 dollars an hour! Well let's just say that was a big freaking lie. I made on a average 4-6 dollars an hour.

Not only was the pay a lie but this company also discriminates against employees. I (Caucasian) was always being told by my boss (African American) that I just couldn't do things the sme because I wasn't a "brother." I'm sorry but last time I checked it didn't matter your skin color.

I am also in the Army. I was all the time being laughed at or the center of a joke directed towards the Army. At one point I was told that the Army wasn't s$&@. Hmm that's funny cz I put my life on the line for the people of the U.S. And you wanna tell me that we don't do anything? Wow!

can you explain to me why Fish takes 6% of an employees gross income and calls it adjusted gross, I know it is your franchise fees, but just curious why Fish tells an employee they are making 35% yet in truth they are getting 29%. I am a former Operations manager and know this to be true even though I am sure it will be denied.

Fish Window Cleaning - Duncanville offers competitive base pay plans, which will allow employees to earn the salary in dispute from the former employee.  This is a performance based pay and as such there are several different criteria necessary for every employee to be met on a daily basis.  There are; work ethic, professionalism and customer service.  Any job and/or pay would be handicapped due to complaints from customers, excessive absentees, no call/no show as well as cleaning techniques that are not aligned with the training received.

We strive to manage a diverified staff representing various ethnic groups at Fish Window Cleaning - Duncanville.  Our employees are committed to be honest, accountable, available, responsive, team players, and committed to excellence regardless of their background.  It is surprising to see this type of allergation from this former employee.
