Beautiful video and pictures. Delivered a half blind pony, over grown hooves, bad teeth (chewed sideways), and older then description. Also was in need of some groceries. Not to mention it was brown and the video and pics showed a very black pony. Same brand but really questioning if it was the same pony. They did come and pick it up, but wouldn't do a full refund. Expected me to pay them to deliver something they had to know was going to get sent back to them. Said they owned it almost 2 years but never seen the cloudy eye and never noticed the way it turned its head sideways to see better.  

As soon as I saw that eye I asked for a refund and they tried to say no refunds because thats what is written on their website. Then they said they couldn't pick it up. Then they said no full refund. Finally I said I'm doing a chargeback and they need to come get it. They showed up a few hours later. I bet they knew all along I couldn't do a cargeback because of how they charged my card as a debit. So they have the pony and the money.

They processed my bank card as a debit card so I can't do a chargeback. Only a dispute. Which they are ignoring because I have not gotten a refund. Looks like I wont get my money back, expensive lesson. Never let anyone process your bank card as debit. There is just no protection. I can't even prove they picked the pony up so doesn't look like the bank will side with me.
