Fisher Housing - Modular Headquarters And Home Headquarters Owned By Donald Fisher Modular Headquarters contract dispute, structural problems , and a faulty foundation. Greenville North Carolina
We bought a modular home from Modular Headquarters. We have had structural issues (leaks and cracks), contract issues -they made a change that we were not aware with white out.. They took out an amenity without our consent.
The worst problem is that ,even after we discussed the need for a specific type of foundation, they constructed a substandard foundation. We had to go out and hire an engineer to prove that the foundation won't hold the house. Now there is a stop work order placed on our project and we are waiting to see if Modular Headquarters will take responsibility or not. I strongly reccomend that consumers insist on getting an engineer's seal on the foundation for your own protection.

I am happy to report that the owner of Modular Headquarters, Mr. Fisher, personally met with us and our engineer in order to work out the problem with our foundation. He did this at no additional cost to us.As far as structural issues go, all repairs have been completed with the exception of minor cosmetic things. The people that Modular Headquarters sent out to take care of the "punch list" were top notch.
Mr. Fisher is so confident that we will have no further problems with the foundation or the structure that he has offered us an additional 10- year warranty on these items.
So, as of today, we are very happy homeowners and we love our house!
