In Septmber of 2006, I WENT TO Home Expo and purchased dcs kitchen appliances. A range, range hood, and dishwasher.I was told my the salesperson that dcs was giving a rebate for the cost of the dishwasher.The saleperson fill in the rebate form. The dishwasher wason backorder so we didn't receive the applainces until
November 2, 2006.

About ten days later I receive a notice saying that the
serial number was missing of the range and to resubmit
the claim. I did so on the same day that I received the
notice. It was also stated that the rebate would take three to four months to process. It is now May 11,2007.

I sent an e-mail to them inquiring about the rebate and
they said they are sorry but the claim was denied because
they did not receive the serial number to the cook top.
I did not purchase a cook top, I purchased a range.

My rebate number is 211327170. They never sent me any notice that I was being denied the rebate. I sent in everything that I was asked to. And now, all they can say is they are sorry.

I know I am entitled to the rebate because I resubmitted
the serial number promptly and before the December 11,2006 deadline.
