We purchased a DCS or Dynamics Cooking System (DCS-RG-366-SS-L)  that apparently was defective from day number one, but we did not know it.  It has always taken a long time for the oven to heat up but we just thought that was normal as it was never any different.  And over the past few years, this problem has just gotten worse.  During the first 4 years under the warrantee time, we had over 6  major repairs done on this product, some for the same thing over and over and apparently part of the same problem we are now having.  Two years ago, I started calling them to ask what the possible problem was with the oven and they refused to help us.  The economy has not been good to us and so we have to do most of our repairs ourselves.  It has now been almost 2 years of inability to use the oven because it takes so long to heat up that by the time it does, it is almost an hour later.  And once heated if you open the door to put your food in at the designated temperature, the oven cannot reheat itself back up and thus the food never cooks as the oven takes another hour to reheat.  And now it smells like Gas when it tries to reheat.  Basically this boils down to poor customer service and support.
