I originally ordered a book titled Waco: A Survivors Story, on April 22nd unknowingly a friend had the book and borrowed from him. I went ahead and cancelled the order (which was still on back order) on May the 4th. I was refunded the book amount was told that $5.00 was subtracted due to a re-stocking fee? The book was not even in the warehouse! And than I went to my account profile and the reasoning was different it said a Cancellation fee? I sent an email immediately to ask why I was charged a so called restocking fee when the book was not even in the warehouse? No response. Until yesterday 5/7/2020 I finally received a response back accusing me of cancelling for no reason and to keep the costs down for customers a restocking fee needed to be charged. I believe this is a political way of saying I just stole five dollars from you! As a result I asked to have my account deleted immediately with them! I do not appreciate being called a liar and gave them a legitimate reason why I cancelled! I hope this review helps?
