Complaint Review: Fit Crew USA

I ordered there product in august it was on a trail period that ended the 31 of aug which I called before and cancelled and was told to keep the product now the are saying after charging 89.00 and 79.00 to my card that I did not call untill sept 1 which is the way these rip off companies do to get to keep your money they never have a record of your first call and even though it says in black asnd white on there web site if you are not satisfied we will return your money they still refuse to give me a refund.
