FitFactory stole my money!

I agreed to a one-time sample of their Green Tea product. They signed me up to a 12-month MEMBERSHIP, which I do not want.

ALL attempts to contact them have failed. They do not answer the phone.
They do not respond to email. Their online chat forum is unattended.

These people are criminals. I am reporting them here and to every other consumer protection agency I can find.

I apologize for the poor customer service you recieved, and I would be more than happy to take care of anything that I can for you. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm MST. If you call the customer service line any of the representatives are willing and able to assist you, although e-mail is recommended because our phone lines can entail very long waits because we are so busy.
