Complaint Review: Fit Factory - Free Acai Berry Trail - CCNNUTRA Acai Berry

I ordered a "free" trail of the Acai Berry product last month. The advertisement said that I had to pay for shipping and that was it. After I ordered the prodect I received a Welcom email from Fit Factory congratulating me on my new memership. I promptly responded and stated this was a mistake. I only ordered a freee trail and did not wish to be a member to please cancel this and confirm and do not charge my credit card the $29.99/mo membership fee.

After several emails back and forth the company insisted that I forward them my telephone number, address and they would be happy to discuss it with me. I responded that I would not give them my personal contact information as they did not need it to cancel. A few days later I noticed several charges on my credit card for the membership and then also 2 more charges for products that I did not order.

There customer service number seemed to be bogus as I called numberous time only to get a fast busy signal. This of course was not addressed during the email battle. I explained over and over again that my email WAS my contact information and still this scam of a company has charged my credit card several times for things I have never ordered. Someone Stop these theives!!
