CANCELLATION SCAM -- ALERT...

As reported on this web site and others...Fitness 19 is running a cancellation scam.  They "require" a 30 day cancellation notice, and of course charge you the "extra" monthly charge.  

I have been a customer for over 10 years.  They closed down 2- of the 3 facilities in town and have forced us to pile in ontop of each other in the last remaining facility (which due to traffic flows is impossible to get in and out of in a safe manner).  

They have separated the Fitness 19 company from the payment transaction by using ABC Financial so they can scam you when you try and cancel your membership by holding you hostage for the "final" months charge.  IF you do not pay, then ABC Financial will turn you over to a collection agency (and ruin your credit).

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FITNESS 19 !!  !!  !!  !!
