I signed up for a gym membership at anytime fitness through my employer (UPS) and was told i would get a physical trainer to set me up and evaluate my needs.  After three appointments with different trainers i was told that i needed to go home and do stretches prior to working on the machines.  i was never even allowed a tour of the equipment! 

i went in and spoke to the manager and cancelled my contract only to find out that they had kept deducting 80$ a month from my bank account for months before i caught it!  

I went back and spoke to the "new manager" who after reviewing my story , apologized and had me fill out cancellation paperwork and assured me this would not continue.  Remember, i never even went there once to use the facility.

Its been a year and now im getting a bill from a debt collection company!!!!!

HUH?  What???

Buyer beware!

This has been a nightmare i cant wake from.  They will intimidate you, threaten you and steal from you even if you are pro active and diligent!
