We signed up for a one year service for UBF training through Fitness Connection Hulen St in Fort Worth, TX.  We scheduled 3 appointments per week for one year.  The first week a trainer did not show up for the scheduled appointment.  When we reached out to the UBF fitness director, they said the trainer was  a no show.  We scheduled with another trainer.  The trainer showed up once, then was a no show. 

We reached out to the UBF head trainer again.  This happened seven times and there were 5 differnt trainers who we were scheduled with.  After seven weeks we gave up.  I left a call for the UBF trainer and the general manager.  The general manager called me back, but siad I had to talk to the UBF trainer.  He waited one full week then called back saying, "Good news we have you a trainer."  

We had 4 trainers in 8 weeks, and 7 appointment cancelled.  When I reached out to the corporate office they said I need to continue to pay a monthly fee, though no one would show up to the trainining sessions.  The UBF trainer approaches my minor son each time he goes to the club for payment, though I am the responsible party. Though they never offered or did the servcies, there was no reimbursement and no apology, just an effort to try to get the check.  The UBF trainer also did not call back until we had cancelled that credit card.  

We have all the text and emails doccument and I was really sad when I reached out to corporate, I thought they would support us and even refund.  They said no you need to keep paying for a service you do not get.  That was dissapointing.  I am writing this to warn others about UBF and there practices.
