Fitness Connection/Ultra Body Fitness Was out sick for 2 months, and trainer quit and not one call to follow up or be reassigned a new trainer Pasadena Texas

I had signed up for a 1 year contract with Ultra Body Fitness, which was the biggest mistake ever. It went well until the end of  November where I was cancelled on by my trainer and I would try to message him with no response whatsoever. A month and a half later he tells me he has left ultra body fitness a while ago and I did not recieve one phone call to be reassigned a new trainer. It is now March and I already cancelled my renewal term with fitness connection and have already paid for 3 months of session. I call the manager in charge of Ultra Body Fitness named Bill where he claims no fault since he just started in November and the rest of the clients that were with my former trainer got new trainers already and I was not informed of anything. I am not able to receive a refund and am only allowed to finish off my 10 sessions. I am not interested in continuing my sessions at this locations with their trainers. I rather just finish off the sessions with another location that I feel would better suit my needs and with better customer care and services.
