The only employees who are not disgruntled go by the names: John, Denise, Dawne, and April(because they have been scamming together for decades now).

The process: you look at the website and look for remanufactured/refurbished pieces that interest you.  This will happen to both individuals and business owners.  They will tell you it is a 4-6 week turn around, and will sometimes promise you a quicker delivery.  At this point, the customer service will appear to be great.  They do not have the majority of the pieces you would be interested in, and it takes them months after receiving your payment to "procure" the item(s).

They cut corners on eBay and the website (you can not process your order/payment online) and they will then call you immediately to process the order over the phone, beware!  They ask for shipment to be calculated and paid separately so they can rip you another arm and a leg.

They will speak with you and provide great customer service to you until after you have paid them for both the 'product' and the shipping.  As soon as you have paid out, they will ignore your calls and will continue to say that you are the individual that is wrong.  That is if you ever get on the phone with them after they get a hold of your money.

I have heard many cases from customers in Dubai, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and some in the Mid-West.  All these cases turned into months and months of ignored phone calls, rude customer service, demeaning statements (from John) and an attempt to collect either a refund or your purchases for 4-12+ months and in some cases even longer...recall the process states 4-6 weeks.  John will also offer you a 'similar' piece and will also deliver poor quality goods to you.  You will then call to discuss that, and that will take forever to be dealt with if EVER.

I am writing because as an employee who stood up to this and tried to take action to help the customers and assist the business in operating more smoothly, John Greeley then treated me and other newly hired employees very poorly in order to push us out to continue with his scamming methods.  John has written checks that have bounced to both clients and employees...highly illegal.

If they take so much money and take so long to deliver goods, why do they take so long to pay their employees?  He has written bad checks, he has written checks and told me I can not do anything with them. He has written checks, only to ask me to sign it back over to them so they can pay me half in cash and I have to wait far too long to receive my remaining balance, only to have my next check due immediately.  How do they have no money, because John nets it all, and claims the bankruptcy from an affiliate company many years ago is the reason why things aren't so smooth....(another lie, to keep his head over water)

I left the company and have not received my final paycheck and he has now claimed my hours worked were "alleged", he is never in the office.  Please just read this and do not do business with them,  there is legal action that can be taken I advise that someone get in touch with me so that we can do something about them.   When they write rebuttals here, be cautious of how many excuses they have and how everyone around them is a liar, or nothing I have written is true.

Just review their glassdoor for employees, review their rip off reports here, review their social media reviews on facebook and yelp, and listen to all of their responses about how others are wrong.

It has been difficult for anyone to stop this company for some reason, but it is highly unethical (a word that ignites John, because he knows its true), and I if they can lose business.

I could not really deal with knowing this was happening on a day to day basis and they will just continue to scam the next person that reaches out to them.
