I ordered a set of replacement pedals for my Epic A17r exercise bicycle because the original set had developed a loud sqweak. The replacement pedals worked for a day after I received them before they started sqweaking worse than the pair that were replaced. I emaile fitnessrepairparts.com to explain the problem and received an email stating that I had to call and obtain a return authorization. It took 5 calls to finally get through to them (once I was on hold for nearly 45 minutes). When I talked with someone in their "customer service" department, they said I needed to return the parts at my expense, then they would have someone review the part and then they MAY do something about the part at that point. I asked for clarification and was told that if THEY felt the part was bad they would replace it, otherwise I was out of luck. I told them that I felt that since the part went bad the day after it was installed, they should replace the part and provide a return label for the defective parts. They said their comapny policy didn't allow for that type of return. They clearly have no interest in satisfying their customers and have no idea what customer service is
