Complaint Review: Fitness Works

Fitness works in chandler ripped me off and literally stole money from my bank account. After debiting fraudulent charges they refused refund. I cancelled my membership. Do not give these people your debit card! Tried to handle it with staff and they sent over the big brute to intimidate me as a woman! I already gave them a pass when they "changed ownership" and the sales guy that signed me up sold me and charged me a year past my agreement. Serious problems here beware! I was a member for several years until things started going downhill, cancelling classes, removing equipment and not replacing, employees degrading. I'm an avid fitness enthusiast, I've been members of many gyms and this has been the most unbelievable horrible experience. Fitness works has no business being in business. Ive considered legal action but it's not worth the couple hundred dollars stolen from me but to someone who a couple hundred dollars would have an impact on, stay away!
