I got an Elliptical from itness Blowout online and the machine was piece of Sh** it broke within three months the aprts were defective, and i got to use it about ten times. Call them about the warranty and they gave me had time finally some guy came out took a look and said he had to order the parts, it took three weeks before the parts came and another week before the guy came back to fix the machine. finally he got it fix with parts left over and he changed one parts knowing the other will break soon ( wouldnt you just change both at the same time).
Two months went buy and I used it twice since it was fixed and the piece of crap broke again i called them back and they are telling that the warranty doesnt cover the that part ( it suppose to be a lifetime warranty) the saleperson is trying to tell me that the warranty does cover moving parts I flipped the hell out. i try to buy the parts and the sales person and everyone there at the store went MIA no one return my calls or email, and I still stuck with broken $1700 crap machine.
