FitNetUSA.com Guy Grundy, Inc Charged for products they never sent Playa del Rey, California
The first time I ordered nutritional supplements from this company, they arrived quickly without a problem.
The second time my check card (that runs like a credit card) was charged for my order but I never received it. When I inquired about the delay in my order, I was told it had been shipped already and promised another shipment would be made.
That was the last time I was able to reach anyone.
I wish I had researched this company first, then I would have known from customer reviews on places like eBay that beginning in January 2009 this has been a recurring problem and that this type of problem is why the LA BBB gave FitNetUsa an "F" rating.

Unfortunately, I did not realize a check card purchase has no consumer protection like a credit card or even a written check so I am unable to do a charge back or stop check like other customers did.
